This blog will track the ongoing saga that is 604 East Martin Street in Raleigh, North Carolina.
It was purchased in November, 2006 by three nearby residents with the intent of returning a 1890's house to the availabe housing stock.
I'll fill in what we've done so far eventually, and will post work in progress pictures.
